Pastor Jim moved to Jupiter from Boston in 1984. He grew up in a Christian home, but he felt, as many of us did before we accepted Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior, that there was something missing in his spiritual life. After receiving Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in 1985, he set out to become better acquainted with God by listening to the Bible on cassette tape. As he listened to the Scriptures during the day while making sales calls and at night while he slept, Jim felt the call of God on his life.

Jim realized he was called into the ministry to teach the timeless principles of God’s Word concerning Success and Motivation in the Scriptures. He does this through his website, weekly Success Scripture newsletter, books and CD's, monthly Partner letters, and through his Sunday sermons and power-packed speaking engagements.

Pastor Jim’s deep knowledge and understanding of the Word of God coupled with the ability to make the Gospel message relevant in a person’s life have served to earn him the reputation as an outstanding Bible teacher.

Jim is also the founder of Beyond Positive Thinking Ministries and the author of three books:
